The hotel has a prime location directly on the boardwalk, offering convenient access to all attractions and a unique view of areas not usually seen like behind the stairs. The rooms are clean and comfortable, but the very outdated bathroom with no television and microwave could use an upgrade. Sadly, the service was marred by rude behavior accusing us of pet-related issues. The dining options are limited to just coffee and surprisingly authentic Italian pizza. On the positive side, the hotel's facilities are minimal with no significant offerings.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location is fantastic, right on the boardwalk with easy access to the beach, but the rooms were outdated with a very old bathroom. The service was a bit disappointing with the staff being rude about our dog. However, the hotel does offer pet amenities. Dining options were limited, but the fresh vegetables were a nice touch.
